4.3. Risk and title of the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
4.4. You must inspect the goods on delivery and notify us promptly of any defects, damages, or missing items.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
5.1. We provide NO RETURN & NO CANCELLATION on our product.
5.2. Returns are accepted only in cases of defective or damaged products or incorrect delivery, subject to our return policy.
5.3. To initiate return or refund, you must contact us via email (support@swyshh.in) with order details and photos, if applicable.
5.4. Once we verify the issue, we will either replace the product or issue a refund (to the original payment mode) minus any return shipping charges (unless at fault).
5.5. Refund processing may take up to 12 business days, depending on banks/payment gateways.
